- Alpha and Omega Button Club
- Meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 1:00 P.M. except November, December and January at the Municpal Building, Palmyra, PA.
- Keystone Button Club (Organized May 16, 1947)
- Meets the 4th Saturday of each month at 11:00 A.M. except November and January. The December meeting is the 1st Saturday. Meetings are held at the Lighthouse, Route 8 South, Butler, PA.

- Pennsylvania Dutch Button Club (Organized January 21, 1943)
- Meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. except December, January and February at the Bucktown Branch of National Penn Bank, Pottstown, PA.
- Red Rose Button Club (Organized October, 1948)
- Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1:00 P.M. except January and February at Mount Calvary Lutheran, Lititz, PA.
- Star Button Club (Organized September 30, 1950)
- Meets the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:00 A.M. except October and April when meetings are adjusted so not to coincide with the State Show. Meetings are held at St Paul's UCC, Kutztown, PA.
- Susquehanna Button Club (Organized July 6, 1954)
- Meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 11:30 A.M. at River Woods, Lewisburg, PA.
